Diversity in the Fish Body

When we set out to create a design that would visually celebrate fish diversity, we had quite the challenge. Fish are the most diverse group of vertebrates (animals with a backbone) and they come in so many different shapes and sizes. Here we play with that idea by bringing together the silhouettes of 36 different species of fish to form a bold yet elegant larger fish silhouette. Look closely within the larger trout-shaped silhouette and you’ll find an angler fish, shark, ray, knifefish, sailfish, sunfish, flounder, seahorse, coelacanth, betta fish, tuna, lungfish, pufferfish, among many others.
